Reporting an export problem
Include your browser name and version, operating system, selected format, clip duration and the error message. Tell us whether preview works and whether another format can be exported. Avoid sharing private input text or sensitive screenshots; the settings and error message are usually enough to start investigating.
Before contacting us
Video and audio encoding support varies by browser and device. Try a short clip, check the selected format and, if the error concerns audio, try exporting without sound. Keep a copy of downloaded files because the current editor does not provide cloud backup.
